Shipping Fees 

within Australia 

  • Free local collection (Bibra Lake, WA) during business hours (Mon-Fri 7.00am – 3.00pm). Please contact us if you would like to collect!
  • Free shipping for dash cams 
  • Free over $80 (excluding cooler bags)
  • Under $80 shipping calculated at checkout (shipping costs vary due to weight, size and postage location)
 

International Shipping 

  • Free shipping for dash cams
  • International customers can contact us on Instagram (@vizn_au) or by email (info@vizn.com.au) for an international shipping quote for all other products.
 

Please be aware that international orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer. If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country, we do recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Delivery Locations

We currently ship dashcams worldwide, but for all other products, shipping is currently limited to within Australia only. However, international customers can obtain a shipping quote by contacting us through Instagram (@vizn_au) or email (info@vizn.com.au).
 

Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notifying you of the courier company and/or tracking number.

Delivery Timeframes

We can’t wait for you to receive and start using your adventure gear, so we offer multiple shipping options at checkout when ordering within Australia.

We strive to dispatch orders within two business days with the goal of delivering them to you as soon as possible. After dispatch, delivery time may vary based on the chosen delivery service and location.

We recommend you use a business address if there is a chance the recipient won’t be at home.

We use external delivery partners for all our deliveries. Occasionally, situations that are out of our control result in slight delays. We cannot accept responsibility for these unfortunate events, but assure you that every effort is made to ensure your goods arrive on time.

Unattended Deliveries

Due to the sheer volume of deliveries, VIZN and its agents are not in a position to contact customers and/or other parties by phone if/when the requested delivery location is unattended and we are unable to obtain further delivery instructions. It is important the customer provides clear and accurate delivery instructions when placing their order.

VIZN retain records for proof of delivery, and remains exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises.

Wrong Address

Should the delivery address supplied by the customer be incorrect or insufficient details provided, please contact us as soon as possible at info@vizn.com.au. If the order has already been processed and sent, VIZN cannot accept any responsibility for any loss experienced. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of order.

In the case of a wrong or non-complete delivery address, it is the customer’s responsibility to decide whether they would like to pay an additional shipping charge and have it delivered to the correct address on a different day.
